- Springhill Farm produces some of our more popular GLUTEN FREE products. There is the very chocolately Rocky Road, the crisp and refreshing Choc Mint Cookie, the smooth and filling White Choc Lemon Lime Cookie, the delicate Fruit Fingers and Slices, and the mouth-watering shortbread. We are more than happy to send out a copy of our Gluten Free/Coeliac product guide, which helps navigate our product range for those who are gluten intolerant or Coeliac.

- Facebook is one of the techno tools that everyone seems to be using. It is a great social networking tool, but it is also useful for businesses. We can get real time info on news, happenings and events. Gippy Gourmet is listed on Facebook, so please add us as a friend! We often write up what we are doing, such as the recent regional shows. It is also one way you can communicate ideas and views to us.

- Teas are fast becoming ‘the’ beverage of choice. The latest trend is toward the pyramid silk bag. Not only are they attractive and feel great to the touch, but they release the essential oils that ordinarily get trapped in the traditional paper envelope bags. We have some samples from the following manufacturers (see below). Let us know which ones you’d like to try. We’d love to start distributing teas, but need your feedback on which ones you like the most.
- Terry’s Tortes and Treats are officially launching their new range. Included is the refreshing and bold mint flavours for the individual Drops From Heaven and their gorgeously decadent Chocolate Ripple individuals and full sizes. The green adds colour to a cake display and will be sure to create a talking point. By the way, all your favourite 9” and 11” Terry’s cakes now come in a 7”.
