Gippy Gourmet is a wholesale food supplier servicing regional Victoria, southern New South Wales and outer metropolitan Melbourne with a wide range of fresh gourmet foods. The differences between us and other suppliers are that our products are fresh, not frozen, and that your products can be ordered with minimal notice. In addition, our services go beyond mere delivery; something we take great pride in offering and providing to your business or function.
We are based in Hallam, in the S.E.suburbs of Melbourne. This enables us to provide regular deliveries of fresh product to your business, or for you to arrange pick up from our premises. Our client base is diverse, including cafes, schools, fresh food retailers and restaurants, to name a few. We do supply for functions within our delivery areas or upon arrangement with management.
We are a family owned and operated business, drawing upon an extensive collective experience in bakery and retail. Stephen, the owner, is a second generation baker and pastry cook. He has owned bakeries and cafes prior to starting Gippy Gourmet in 2004.

Our Range

Agreements are in place with various commercial and boutique gourmet food manufacturers, assisting us to source a range of well-known products, along with some unique lines not readily available outside the metro Melbourne area or from other wholesale suppliers. Our online ordering site lists our manufacturers and suppliers.

Alicia  – Manager
Alicia ensures our business systems operate to an optimum standard. It is imperative that our customers experience a seamless service and can access all facets of Gippy Gourmet’s services with minimum inconvenience to your own business.

Kate  – Office Manager/Accounts 
Kate is responsible for making sure your accounts are in order and up to date. She manages our payroll and all things monetary.

Hannah  - Administration and Dispatch Officer
Hannah is the New Customer Liaison Officer. Hannah also ensures an efficient customer ordering system to schedule all deliveries.

Elly – Purchasing Officer and Stock Control
Elly's position involves placing the orders with the manufactures to ensure all products are supplied correctly. She deals with shorted products and stock control.
